Bridge The Gap Between Physiotherapy And Performance.
Build A Body That Is Resilient, Pain-Free, And Capable Of Keeping Up With Your Life.
A specialized 4-week protocol for professionals aged 35+ who want to regain their strength without the risk of injury found in high-intensity group classes.
Expert guidance. Clinical precision. Sustainable results.
You have reached a point where "pushing through the pain" is no longer a strategy.
Perhaps you’ve noticed a lingering stiffness in your lower back after a long week at the office. Maybe you’ve hesitated to join a ski trip or a hike because you aren't sure your knees will hold up. Or perhaps you’ve tried the high-intensity classes, only to end up back at the physio’s office.
You don't need to be shouted at. You don't need to do 100 burpees for time.
You need a strategy that respects your biomechanics.
At JAX Fitness & Rehab, we specialize in the "Sandwich Generation" professionals who need to be strong enough to carry their children, but healthy enough to thrive in their careers.
We don't guess with your health. We use clinical principles to rebuild your foundation, ensuring you can perform at your best inside the gym and out.
Most fitness options force you to choose
Option A
The safety of rehab (which often lacks the intensity to build real strength).
Option B
The intensity of a boot camp (which often lacks the safety to prevent injury).
We provide the missing link.
We combine the safety of clinical rehab with the strength-building principles of athletic performance.
This is a comprehensive introduction to our clinical training methodology, designed to assess your movement and build a personalized roadmap for your health.
Your Introductory Package Includes
The Initial Movement Audit (60-Minute Private Session)
We don't just put you to work. We assess your posture, joint mobility, and movement patterns to identify imbalances before they become injuries. You will leave this session understanding exactly why your body feels the way it does.
The Structural Strength Session (2 x 60-Minute Private Session)
Once we have your audit, we take you through a customized strength session. We teach you the correct mechanics to lift safely, ensuring every rep contributes to your longevity.
You will receive a tailored 4-week program delivered to your phone, designed to fit your busy schedule. These exercises specifically target the weak points identified in your audit.
The 28-Day Digital Program (App Access)
The Executive Nutrition Framework
Simple, sustainable nutritional guidelines to support energy levels and recovery, without restrictive dieting.
Total Value of Clinical Services: $595
New Client Introductory Rate: $150
**To maintain the highest standard of care, our clinicians only take on 4 new clients per week for this introductory protocol. This ensures we can dedicate the necessary time to your assessment and program design.
Your journey begins with a comprehensive Clinical Movement Audit, which serves as the foundation for your complete 28-Day Functional Longevity Program.
Our Commitment to Quality
We understand that trusting a new health provider is a significant decision. We want you to feel completely comfortable starting this journey.

Head Personal Trainer
My name is Darien Santillan. As a holistic coach, my main goal is to empower my clients in making truly life-altering behaviour changes that will improve their health and well-being for years to come.
My fitness journey started when I was a little girl; from a young ballerina, to a degree in Nutrition, to a fitness entrepreneur, to a proud personal trainer, striving to inspire by example every day.
Throughout my journey, I’ve learned to develop the discipline to persevere through my own personal struggles, with the realization that most aspects of life are interconnected; one’s fitness goals shall not neglect mental self-care, emotional self-love nor patience with oneself. When we treat our systems with cohesion, we can maintain lifelong personal habits, enabling us to be the best.

I am absolutely passionate about human movement and unlocking your pain free potential! I love to work with a variety of goals and abilities from rehabilitating injuries all the way to bodybuilding and sports performance. Growing up in New Zealand I played every sport I could and eventually settled on competing in rowing. In rowing I discovered the huge benefits that strength training has on performance and became fascinated in all aspects of performance. I completed a Bachelors of Exercise Science and have loved coaching for the last 7 years.
