Thomas Ferguson
Personal Trainer
Hi, I’m Thomas. I’m passionate about human movement and helping people reach their pain-free potential. Growing up in New Zealand, I immersed myself in a wide range of sports before moving into competitive rowing, where I experienced firsthand how strength training can enhance performance and support recovery from injury.
With a Bachelor of Exercise Science and over 10 years of hands-on experience in coaching, performance, and rehabilitation, I work with clients at every stage — from managing long-standing injuries to pursuing new performance goals. My approach is focused on creating a clear, realistic path forward, tailored to where you are and where you want to be.
I integrate rehabilitation and performance training so you don’t have to choose between feeling good and getting stronger. My experience spans injury rehabilitation, bodybuilding, and endurance performance, allowing us to train in a way that supports both your body and your goals.
I also practice Contact C.A.R.E, a manual therapy used to support recovery from a wide range of conditions, from joint discomfort to migraines, adding another layer of care to help you move and feel your best.
Outside the gym, you’ll find me on the water rowing, on the slopes snowboarding, or out on the trails hiking, cycling, or running.
