Contact C.A.R.E Therapy
Contact C.A.R.E is a gentle, non-invasive manual therapy developed in New Zealand that focuses on releasing areas of tension within the body that may contribute to pain, stiffness, or restricted movement. Using targeted pressure at specific contact points, the technique supports the body’s natural ability to restore movement and reduce discomfort.
This approach can be beneficial for individuals experiencing joint restriction, muscular tightness, or lingering effects from past injuries. .
Contact C.A.R.E is used as a complementary therapy alongside strength-based training and rehabilitation, helping to improve mobility, support recovery, and enhance overall movement quality.

Absolutely. Our coaching is rehab-informed, which means we specialize in training clients with previous injuries, chronic pain, or mobility limitations — as well as those who are just getting started. We are a private studio by appointment only, so if you are nervous in larger commercial gyms our studio is the perfect fit.

Just wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle. We provide all necessary equipment & towels. If you’re doing your first assessment, a curious mindset goes a long way too.
