Designed to lift, tone, and strengthen, each session blends targeted strength work with functional core training to help you look, feel, and move your best.   • Full Body Blast

    Crush your entire body in under an hour with this high-impact, strength-focused session. With a max of 4 participants, you’ll get personalized attention while working through a powerful circuit of deadlifts, presses, rows, squats, and more. Each person gets their own set of dumbbells and cable station—no sharing, no waiting, just pure muscle-building efficiency. Perfect for anyone ready to get stronger, leaner, and feel unstoppable.

  • Strength & Conditioning

    This class brings together explosiveness, strength, and endurance in one dynamic workout. Designed for all skill levels, you’ll train through a mix of weightlifting fundamentals, plyometrics, mobility drills, and cardiovascular conditioning. The result? A balanced program that builds power, improves performance, and keeps you moving at your best — whether you’re chasing athletic goals or just looking for a serious full-body challenge.

  • Female Strength Series

    Build strength, confidence, and consistency in a supportive small-group environment. This progressive program is designed exclusively for women, with a focus on developing stronger glutes, improving core stability, and feeling more confident under the bar. Each group trains twice weekly, with the option of a third Saturday session for added progression. Groups are capped at 4 participants, ensuring close coaching attention while fostering accountability and community.

  • JAX Lower Back Clinic

    Led by Jack, Master Trainer at JAX Fitness & Rehab, this clinic is designed for individuals experiencing weak or sore lower backs. With one session per week over 8 weeks, the program focuses on safe progression — beginning with corrective exercise and mobility work and gradually advancing into targeted strength training. Participants also receive a tailored home corrective program and educational resources to reinforce clinic sessions.

    Note: Physiotherapist or physician clearance is required before joining to ensure readiness and safety.

  • Male Strength Series

    Train with purpose in this progressive small-group program built for men. Over 8 weeks, you’ll follow a structured plan to build muscle mass, increase overall strength, and sharpen athletic performance. Each group trains twice weekly, with the option of a third Saturday session for added progression. Groups are capped at 4 participants, giving you the intensity of training with other motivated men plus the close coaching needed to push past plateaus.

  • Yes. Small group clients receive access to our coaching app, which includes guided home workouts on demand. This ensures your in-class training is complemented by structured support outside of the studio.

  • That’s exactly who we’re here for. Our coaches specialize in rehabilitation-informed training, meaning every exercise can be adapted to your ability. You’ll progress safely, with a clear plan for building strength and confidence.

  • Small group training offers a cost-effective way to work with a coach while still receiving personalized instruction. For highly specific goals, injury rehabilitation, or detailed performance plans, private training may be more appropriate — though many clients use both for the best results.

    • Open classes allow you to book sessions individually, offering maximum flexibility if your schedule changes week to week.

    • Class series reserve your spot in a recurring program and require commitment to the full series. For example, our 8-Week Strength Series ensures you progress week by week with consistent coaching, accountability, and structured results.
