The 9-5 Reset: Strength & Mobility
Best for desk based professionals dealing with stiffness, back discomfort, poor posture, or feeling weak from sitting all day.
The 9 to 5 Reset is a strength and movement class designed for desk based professionals who want to rebuild the physical capacity lost through long hours of sitting. Prolonged office work can contribute to weak hips, poor core support, reduced mobility, and persistent back or shoulder discomfort. This class focuses on building strength, control, and confidence so your body can better handle the workday, training, and life outside the office.
Sessions prioritize intelligent, progressive strength training with a focus on the hips, core, spinal stability, shoulders, and full body movement quality. You’ll lift weights, build strength through controlled ranges, and learn how to move with better technique and purpose. The goal is not to rush through high intensity workouts, but to build a stronger, more resilient body that can tolerate daily demands and long term training.
Class sizes are capped at 4 participants, allowing for individualized coaching, close attention to technique, and a level of support rarely found in group training.

JAX Running Clinic
Best for recreational runners who want to build strength, improve durability, and reduce injury risk.
The Running Clinic is a structured strength and movement class designed to help runners train consistently, improve durability, and reduce injury risk. Built for recreational runners and run club members, this clinic focuses on the strength, mobility, and movement quality needed to support higher mileage, better mechanics, and long term joint health.
Sessions combine targeted strength training, mobility work, and injury prevention strategies specific to the repetitive demands of running. You’ll build strength through the hips, glutes, calves, core, feet, and lower body, while improving control, stability, and tolerance to load. Every class is coached with progressions tailored to your experience, running volume, and current training load.
This is not a conditioning class and it is not a run workout. The Running Clinic blends rehab informed coaching with performance based strength training to help protect the knees, hips, ankles, and lower back while supporting better running longevity. Class sizes are capped at 4 participants, allowing for individualized coaching, close attention to technique, and the support needed to progress safely.

No. These clinics are designed to support your body, not test your skill level. Whether you ski or run recreationally or more regularly, the focus is on building strength, mobility, and durability to help you perform better and stay injury free. All exercises are coached and can be scaled to match your experience, training volume, and current ability.

Small group training offers a cost-effective way to work with a coach while still receiving personalized instruction. For highly specific goals, injury rehabilitation, or detailed performance plans, private training may be more appropriate — though many clients use both for the best results.
