  • We’re located in the Fairview area of Vancouver, inside a shared clinical space with VanCity Physio, Align Pilates, a Chiropractor and an RMT. You'll find us in a clean, private training environment with no commercial gym distractions.

  • Yes — there is street parking nearby, along with paid lots in the area. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for parking.

  • JAX offers private, structured, and professionally guided training in a clean clinical setting — no machines, no waiting, and no guesswork. Every program is rehab-informed and tailored to your specific needs, whether that’s recovery, performance, or long-term health.


  • Yes — our coaches are experienced in training clients with past injuries, chronic pain, and mobility concerns. We build your program in a way that supports your recovery while still helping you get stronger and more confident in your movement

  • We recommend you wear clothes you are comfortable working out in. We will perform several postural & fitness assessments, alongside relevant corrective exercises & self myofascial release techniques if required.


  • Yes — we offer Tandem Training for two people. It's a great way to stay consistent and motivated while still receiving individualized coaching. Each person follows their own personalized program, but you share the session space and trainer guidance. Tandem sessions are also more cost-effective than booking two separate private sessions, making them a smart option for couples, friends, or co-workers training together.
