Jack Perry
Owner
Originally from the UK, Jack holds a degree in Sport Development with Rehabilitation from the University of Northumbria. His career began as an ocean lifeguard across four continents, before settling in Canada in 2016 to pursue personal training full time.
With over eight years of coaching experience, Jack has worked with a wide range of clients — from injury recovery and post-surgical care to strength development and performance training. He previously served as Head of Active Rehab at a physiotherapy clinic and now works as a full-time firefighter in the Lower Mainland, bringing a unique perspective on movement, resilience, and readiness.
Jack’s approach is grounded in science and structure, with a clear goal: to help clients restore function, rebuild strength, and move forward with confidence. Whether you’re returning from injury or striving for your next breakthrough, Jack’s message is simple — show up, do the work, and we’ll get stronger together.
Outside the gym, you’ll find him skiing the local mountains in winter or catching sun at the beach in summer — always staying active, always moving forward.
