I am absolutely passionate about human movement and unlocking your pain free potential! I love to work with a variety of goals and abilities from rehabilitating injuries all the way to bodybuilding and sports performance. Growing up in New Zealand I played every sport I could and eventually settled on competing in rowing. In rowing I discovered the huge benefits that strength training has on performance and became fascinated in all aspects of performance. I completed a Bachelors of Exercise Science and have loved coaching for the last 7 years. Outside of the gym I like to get out the doors and Hike, snowboard, cycle, rock climb and practice Jiu Jitsu.
