    Structured. Focused. Never overcrowded. Our small group sessions are capped at just four participants so you get the coaching you need — not just a spot in the room.

    Support your team’s health where it matters most — at work. JAX delivers expert-led training, mobility, and posture-focused sessions directly in your company gym.

  • Online Coaching & Nutrition

    Train smarter and fuel better — from anywhere. Our online coaching includes a personalized training program, mobility screening, and weekly check-ins, all delivered through our coaching app for flexibility and accountability.
